Overview
A critically ill patient was brought to Matsunami General Hospital. The emergency patient was Nanjo Koji, the head of the Nanjo-gumi. Nanjo was targeted by henchmen of the rival Hashiba-gumi, but his life was saved thanks to the attentive care of nurse Tachibana Shiho. During his hospital stay, Nanjo met Shiho and asked her to be his girlfriend.
