Overview

The film's hero is the city's famous barber, Mammadali. He is passionate about his profession. His clients are officials and famous people. A humorous and gentle man by nature, Mammadali has a difficult relationship with his wife. His wife is a teacher, a frivolous woman who looks down on her husband's profession...
