Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar is a Pakistani playwright, lyricist, TV and movie director, producer as well as actor. His notable work includes Boota from Toba Tek Singh, aired on PTV World, and Landa Bazar, aired on PTV. Pyarey Afzal and Sadqay Tumhare are among his dramas.
