Biography

Furaha Bayibsa is a writer, director, and producer who strives to normalize the idea of young women of color in cinema with above-the-line positions. She's born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, but moved to California In 2015 to attend film school in Los Angeles. Furaha is known for production work on Landfill, Caminante, Caminante: La Leyenda del Huay Chivo, and For the Lonely.
