Biography

Devin O'Rourke is a Los Angeles based filmmaker with Texas roots.

He’s written and acted in a series of festival award winning short films and most recently,“FOIL”, a buddy sci-fi comedy feature which premiered at Dances With Films and is now available on streaming.
