Biography

Sun Yuan (孫原) is a Chinese conceptual artist. He studied oil painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. After participating in exhibitions in China, he rose to prominence as an independent artist in the late 1990s, and formed a collaborative partnership with Peng Yu (彭禹) in 2000.
