Tonthoingambi Leishangthem, popularly known as Tonthoi (born October 17), is an Indian film actress. She has established a career in Manipuri films and is the recipient of several awards, including a National Film Award (for Phijigee Mani).

Her notable filmography includes Thoicha, Phijigee Mani, Beragee Bomb, VDF Thasana, Eidee Kadaida etc.
