Biography

William P. Rowley is a director of photography based in Los Angeles. He grew up in Wichita, Kansas among a family of painters and writers. His work has been screened at festivals across the country, including Rhode Island International Film Festival, Scout Film Festival, and Manhattan Film Festival.
