Biography

From Bacoor, Cavite, BRYLE MIKKOEL ILAGAN is a film student at the UP Film Institute. As an enthusiastic learner of film production and scholarship about cinema outside the mainstream, his interests include film sound, editing, documentary, experimental cinema, and anything that can merge all four.
