Viktor Nikolaevich Spolnikov - Soviet intelligence officer. Major General. Head of the 20th Department (1979-1980) and the 8th Department (1982-1985) of the First Main Directorate of the KGB of the USSR. Head of the KGB Representative Office in Afghanistan (1980-1982). Candidate of Historical Sciences (1989).
